At The Only Nails, we offer customization options for existing designs and completely unique nail designs.
For modifying the shape or length of an existing design, there will be an additional cost ranging from $10 to $20, in addition to the original style price.
If you're looking for a completely unique design tailored to your preferences, the customization fee will start at $60. The final cost may vary depending on the complexity of your desired design.

Please note that all customization orders require a time frame of 2-3 weeks to be completed. This allows our skilled artisans at The Only Nails to meticulously craft and perfect your unique design, ensuring it meets your expectations.
We kindly advise you to be aware that customization orders are non-refundable. Once you've placed a customization order and the production process has commenced, cancellation or refunds are not possible. This policy is in place to duly compensate for the time, effort, and materials invested in creating your custom design. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

How to choose size
1. Measure the width of your thumb nail.
- Using a measuring tape, measure the widest part of your thumbnail.
- Alternatively, if you don't have a measuring tape available, you can use a piece of paper. Wrap the paper around the widest part of your thumbnail and mark both ends. Then, using an online ruler, measure the length of the marked section.
2. Choose a size according to the width of your thumb nail.
- If the width is 14mm (0.55 inch), choose size XS.
- If the width is 15mm (0.59 inch), choose size S.
- If the width is 16mm (0.63 inch), choose size M.
- If the width is 17mm (0.67 inch), choose size L.

How to apply & remove
How to apply
1. Sanitize nails
Remove any previously applied nail polish, wash and dry hands. Push back cuticles using the included cuticle stick, and sanitize nails with included alcohol pad.
2. Apply glue
Apply liquid glue or double-sided sticker glue to your natural nails. Double-sided sticker glue is easier to remove, while liquid glue can adhere for approximately 2 weeks.
3. Apply The Only Nails
Align The Only Nails with cuticle line and apply at a downward angle. Press down firmly, and hold for 10 seconds. Do not wash hands for the next 30 minutes, so that the nails can fully adhere.
How to remove
Soak nails in warm soapy water for 10 seconds for sticker glue, or 5-10 minutes for liquid glue. Gently peel off press-on nails, starting from the side.
Do not use force to pull nails off.
Re-soak nails in warm soapy water if required.
