SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 2–7 Business Days
All orders are fulfilled within 2 business days.
If you choose Economy Shipping or qualify for free shipping on orders over $50, we ship via USPS Ground:

West Coast: approximately 3 business days

East Coast: approximately 5–7 business days
If you choose Priority Shipping, we ship via USPS Priority:

West Coast: approximately 1–2 business days

East Coast: approximately 3–4 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by USPS. Shipping times may change based on carrier conditions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
The Priority Shipping fee is paid directly to USPS for expedited service. We will always process and hand off your order to USPS as quickly as possible.

International Shipping: 2–3 Weeks
Estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout based on your location.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Please note that we cannot change delivery addresses after the order is submitted. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
After processing, you’ll receive an email with your shipping date and tracking information. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. THE ONLY NAILS is not responsible for customs delays or other unforeseen shipping issues.
We ship domestic orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. (Sometimes we process orders on weekends too. We do our best to ship quickly!)
International customs & duty fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duty fees that may apply once the order reaches its destination. THE ONLY NAILS is unable to estimate these charges.
Incomplete/Incorrect shipping address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. We are not liable for any loss resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, or requests for a different style or size. Please review your order carefully before purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@theonlynails.com.
To be eligible for a return for damaged or incorrect items:

Items must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return in original condition.
